A concrete surface heliport atop a 4 foot high mound. Heliport covers a structure housing a 300,000 gallon water tank, which is used as a backup for storing water for cooling their newspaper printing presses when the normal source is down. Note the perimeter and directional lights are elevated atop pedestals, but not more than two inches above the heliport ’s surface.
